Atlanta-based data center services firm DC BLOX Inc. has opened its newest facility in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. The new facility is the second next-generation data center location for the company, which secured more than $15 million in funding in 2016. DC BLOX is expanding its network of data centers into secondary cities which are currently under-served by the industry. Firm Set to Open Two Data Center Locations in 2016

Atlanta-based DC BLOX Inc., a data center services company that employs a proprietary modular enclosure technology, secured more than $15 million in funding from Atalaya Capital Management LP. DC BLOX will use the funds to update its existing site in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta, and to open a new multi-tenant data center in Chattanooga, Tenn. by Q4 2016.
